bluedot x bkr kits cannot be restocked or resold due to health and hygiene regulations, so we have a 10% return fee that covers breakdown and recycling.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional items, or returns on replacement bluedot filters. If you purchased your bluedot at a retailer, that retailer's return policy applies.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
For any purchase made on mybluedot.com, you can return any order you have received within 30 days of purchase.
To make a return or exchange:
• Please contact us to start your return or exchange.
• Please ship your kit back to us using a shipping method with tracking. We do not currently cover return shipping. We do not assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to us.
• Once we receive your parcel, we will process your return. Since we never restock or resell bluedots due to sanitation and safety reasons, a 10% recycling fee will be applied and deducted from the return/refund total. No exceptions.
• If you purchased a complete bluedot x bkr kit and return your kit without the bkr bottle, we will deduct the retail value of the bkr bottle from your return/refund total.
Please note once we receive your package it may take up to 7-14 days for the refunded amount to process.
Can I Return or Exchange a Gift?
Yes, if you would like to return a gift that was purchased on mybluedot.com and shipped directly to you, we will provide a store credit for the value of your returned items. Please email us care@mybluedot.com
Order Cancellations
We allow up to 24 hours to cancel an order as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Cancellations are not accepted over the weekend.
Shopify and other processors do not refund their processing fees, thus cancellations are refunded in full minus processing fees taken by Shopify Payments, QuadPay, Klarna, and/or Afterpay.
Warranty
Please note that improper installation or failure to properly install/seat the o-ring included with your bluedot is not a manufacturing defect. Please contact us for a replacement o-ring if you cannot find it with your bluedot packaging.
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please email us care@mybluedot.com. (A leak due to improper installation and/or not using the o-ring included with your bluedot is not a manufacturing defect and we will be happy to assist with troubleshooting.)
Please note that in the instance of any misuse or abuse of our returns/exchanges policy, we reserve the right to refuse transactions and assess additional fees based on return behavior.
